CHRISTIAN BROTHERS MISSIONS Bro. Daniel Walsh, on behalf of the Christian Brothers, will be speaking at all Masses this weekend. He will be appealing for your support in aid of the missions in the West African States of Liberia and Sierra Leone.
Remembrance list of the Dead You may return your list of deceased in the envelope provided to the Sacristy or Parish Office. An offering may be given with your envelope. Mass will be celebrated every day during November for all our Holy Souls.
Mass for the Bereaved Mass for the Bereaved of all who have died, especially in the past year will be celebrated on Thursday 15th November at 7.30pm. The names of all who have died since last November will be called out and family members are invited to come forward with one flower to place at the Altar.
MEMORIAL MASSES Sr. Marie Therese O’Dwyer, who died recently in Rock Ferry, Liverpool. Month’s Mind Mass on Saturday 17th November at 6pm.

Fr. Johnny McGrath, OMI, who died in Dublin on 17th October. The 11am Mass on Sunday, 18th November will be celebrated for the repose of his soul.
FUNERALS Dennis Francis Markey RIP, late of Alpha House, Coventry Close, NW6. Funeral Mass on Tuesday 13th November at 12.15pm, followed by cremation at West London Crematorium.

Bernard Foran RIP, late of Clovelly House Nursing Home, Torrington Park Road, N12. Reception on Tuesday 13th November at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday 14th at 10am, followed by cremation at Golders Green Crematorium.
BAPTISMS Congratulations to Adrian James Bermelio, who received the Sacrament of Baptism last Sunday, 4th November. Please pray for him and his family.
SCRIPTURE SHARING Scripture sharing on the Sunday readings takes place every Thursday from 11am-12noon in the morning and 7.30-8.30pm in the evening in the Parish Room.
CHOIR GROUPS Resume on Tuesdays. Children’s group at 6.30pm and Senior group at 8pm.
HOSPITAL VISITS
FROM THE PRIEST Please inform the parish office if you, a family member or a parishioner is in hospital. The priests visit the hospitals regularly and they can only know about a parishioner if someone tells them.
BIG CHRISTMAS CLEAN Will take place on Thursday 6th December after the 12.15pm Mass. All available cleaners are needed on that day. If any parishioners would like to volunteer to help—you are most welcome to do so. Thank you.

PARISH PILGRIMAGE TO LOURDES 2008
150th Anniversary Celebration Our quota for bookings has almost been reached. If you are intending to participate in the anniversary celebrations, please contact the Parish Office to book your place. In order to avoid any confusion, it will be necessary to put in place procedures to ensure that all goes as smoothly as possible. The costs per person are £525 fare and lodging, £24 insurance and £25 to/from Quex Road to Stansted by coach. Single room supplement is an additional £140, but due to the large amount of people expected next year, single rooms are extremely limited. Deposits of £100 per person must be paid on or before 5th January 2008. Balance payments on or before 1st July 2008. Cheques should be made payable to the “Sacred Heart Church”. Please note monies paid are non-refundable on cancellation of booking.

QUEX YOUTH CLUB If you are age 7-14 years, come along for arts and crafts/pool/computer/games to the Community Centre (next to the church) from 7pm to 9pm every Friday. (Cost 80p a week, plus £2 yearly membership).
