MISSIONARY OBLATE
LIFE AND MISSION
Fr. Leo Philomin, OMI, Oblate Life and Vocation Promoter for the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, will be in this Parish for the weekend of 1st and 2nd March. He will be preaching at all Masses on the Oblate Life and Mission and inviting single men to seriously consider a life as a religious brother or priest with the Missionary Oblates. Fr. Leo will be available to speak to anyone who is thinking about religious life as a brother or priest.
Gathering for young people:
single men are invited to come for an evening to look more deeply at what life as a Missionary Oblate means today. It is an opportunity to explore the dream that God has for you.
Sharing in the Oblate Spirit:
Open to anyone in the community who wants to understand more about the Oblate Spirit and the Founder of the Missionary Oblates, St. Eugene de Mazenod.
Venue and dates for the above to be announced later.
HOSPITAL VISITS FROM THE PRIEST
To enable us to visit parishioners in hospital, your help is needed to advise us if any member of your family or a parishioner known to you is in hospital. The priests visit the hospitals regularly and because of Protection Regulations they can only know about a parishioner if someone tells them, so it is essential that you contact us prior to any visits.
